Adam Grogan (He/They) is an employment discrimination attorney with a particular affinity for protecting the rights of Queer employees in the state of New York. Adam has been recognized by the National Law Journal as a Trailblazing Plaintiff’s Lawyer for 2023. Prior to joining the Bell Law Group, Adam was a Senior Associate with a large national plaintiff’s employment firm representing employees in New York and across the country. Adam has a wealth of experience in state and federal courts in New York City and around New York State, as well as in front of bodies like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Adam also has experience representing Federal Employees at both the Equal Employment Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.
